Placer County has been Susan's home for 30+ years although she is originally from the Bay Area.  Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR)  She is also involved with several Chamber of Commerce organizations in Placer County.  

Her educational degrees:  BS Administration, AA Communications

Prior to real estate, Susan worked in the public and private sector as a business owner and business administrator / manager. 

She has always been involved in community.  She  advocates for the rights of children and  families.  Issues involving nature, animals and art are always close to her heart.

Susan's home is a 60-acre forestland retreat called Mountain Spirit where she lives with her German Shepard, and other animals.  Her interests are in  negotiation, continious education, nature, art, hiking, quad riding, music and exercise. She loves the night sky and enjoys the healthy life style of the Sierra Foothills.
